4-level Megaworld Center Mall soon to rise in Iloilo
Megaworld Corporation, one of the country’s leading property developers has just announced an exciting addition to the company’s Iloilo Business Park development – the Megaworld Center Mall under Megaworld Lifestyle Malls.
The 4-level Megaworld Center Mall will be a first of its kind in Iloilo and Megaworld’s first stand alone mall outside of Metro Manila. Its portfolio includes Newport Mall, Eastwood Mall, Lucky Chinatown, Venice Piazza and Burgos Circle.
The upcoming mall development will dot the expansive Megaworld Boulevard along with the proposed Richmonde Tower and Hotel, Marriott Courtyard Hotel and the Iloilo Convention Center.
It will have state-of the art facilities including cinemas and an event center. Rumored anchor tenant for the Megaworld Center Mall is the Tantoco-led Rustan’s. Further information with regards to the total floor area and other details have yet to be revealed.
Aside from the Megaworld Center Mall, the real estate giant is also building the first 200 meters of the 2-kilometer Festive Walk, a long strip of shops and commercial establishments with an al-fresco dining.
