Here is an unofficial list of tenants occupying the first building of Ayala Technohub here in Iloilo. Located at Boardwalk Commercial Complex, the first of 3 buildings is nearly completed and is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2011 ends.
The 2nd to 4th floor of the 4-storey Ayala Technohub building is reserved for BPO spaces with Hinduja Global Solutions as a confirmed locator. The ground level on the otherhand will be an array of arcaded leasable spaces for restaurants, coffee shops and other tenants.
