Skinetics Wellness Center is now open at Smallville Complex in Mandurriao district. It opened its doors to their spa clients and clinic patients today, September 29, 2011 at its very own building along Boardwalk Avenue. Skinetics was previously located at San Mars Point along General Luna street in City Proper.

The 5-storey building located in front of Ayala Technohub is designed to be a haven for wellness aficionados in Iloilo. Some of the services offered includes different kinds of massage, skin care treatments, slimming & contouring services, anti aging treatments, hydro colonics for detoxification, & reconstructive surgeries. Aside from male and female spa areas, private couple rooms with whirlpools are available.

Here is the official design perspective of Injap Tower Condotel by Injap Land Inc. The 21-storey commercial and residential building will rise on the corner of Jalandoni St. and Benigno Aquino Avenue (Formerly Jaro-West Diversion Road) in Mandurriao district in front of SM City Iloilo.

Designed by the formidable ASYA Design firm, the first high-rise tower project in Iloilo is expected to break ground by May this year.

The Grand Dame Hotel Iloilo wins international award in Spain

The Grand Dame Hotel, one of Iloilo’s finest hotels bagged a global award in Spain recently. Located in the corner of Rizal-Huervana Streets in Lapaz district, The Grand Dame Hotel exudes the old-world charm and elegance of a classic French architecture.

The “Trofeo International De Hosteleria” citation was given to The Grand Dame Hotel during the 36th International Awards for Tourist, Hotel and Catering Industry held at the Hotel Melia Castilla in Madrid, Spain on January 18-20, 2011.

It was organized by The Editorial Office and International Publishing House (1950) and The Trade Leaders’ Club based in C/ German Perez Carrasco, 63-28027 Madrid, Spain which comprises over 7,000 companies in 110 countries, representing all manufacturing and services sectors.

This recent achievement of The Grand Dame Hotel has just put Iloilo at the helm of the local hotel industry, one thing that every Ilonggo must be proud of! It is an indication that Iloilo is fast becoming a tourism destination with its world class accommodation facilities and innate hospitality.

The Grand Dame Hotel was also a recipient of the Department of Tourism’s Best Hotel in Western Visayas Standard Class Award in 2006-2007 and Best Frontliner Award in 2007.

People’s Condominium by Injap Land soon to rise in Iloilo

A starting-up homegrown company in the real estate business is making a big leap with its proposed condominium development in Iloilo City. One of its kind and first in the city, Injap Land Corporation will be developing a 71-unit, 6-storey Condominium at the KAPIDECO area in Brgy. San Rafael, Mandurriao.
