This recipe as they cuddly called “Chicken Roll” has been one of the mainstays at the celebration’s table. Cordon Bleu is a roll layered with premium ham, juicy chicken strips and cheesy cheese wrapped in a crispy lumpia wrapper. Mrs. Nora Maprangala in Calumpang, Molo has been known for her yummy, crispy and cheesy creation of this recipe. She had received clumps of orders from her co-parents back then at Santa Maria Catholic School now Ateneo de Iloilo and from others who have tasted these sumptuous rolls. She meticulously pick premium ingredients with her cooking to create a very delectable piece.

Freshly cooked Home-made Nora’s Cordon Bleu

Recently they are accepting orders within Iloilo for any quantity in which case depends the number of days required to order prior to the scheduled delivery of the finished rolls. For the convenience of both parties better yet you may contact them 3 days prior to your expected day/time of delivery for the arrangement of your order. One cooked roll sells at Php75.00. There are minimums of 5 rolls per order and must be placed at least 3 days before. The minimums can be discussed, please feel free to contact them.

They are also looking for a regular distribution of the Cordon Bleu at any restaurant or coffee shop within Iloilo City. It would be a great addition to your menu and will surely boost your resto. You may contact them for arrangements.
