Im hoping that someday we ilonggos, here in canada will join hand hand what I mean form a new breed of ilonggos with the heart to make just a little projects in iloilo city ...not just a project but projects nga indi bala sub standard kondi world class project ba biskan gamay lang peru with good quality ... you know what I mean...anyway just my suggestion. thank you so much anyway for all the updates. The ground level is for coffee shops and Mooon Cafe and coffee are one of the confirmed tenants.For the second level I am not sure yet. Ayala Technohub will break ground this March and that has an arcaded commercial spaces on the ground floor although the building is intended for BPOs.Im not sure of Metropolis, What I've heard is that Savanna is building its own commercial arcade within the subdivision.
