Injap Land Corp is now DoubleDragon Properties Corp.

Injap Land Corporation, the real estate arm of Injap Investments Inc., which is owned by billionaire Edgar “Injap” Sia of the Mang Inasal fame is now known as DoubleDragon Properties Corporation.

The move was a result of the 50/50 joint venture between Injap Investments Inc. and Honeystar Holdings Corporation headed by Mr. Tony Tan Caktiong, also the Chairman and Founder of Jollibee Foods Corporation.

Injap Land Corp. was incorporated in Iloilo City in 2009. The company is engaged in various real estate developments in the city with its flagship projects including the 6-storey People’s Condominium (the first condo in the city), the 111-unit Firsthomes Subdivision, the 21-storey Injap Tower Condotel all in Mandurriao and an 177-unit, 5-storey The Uptown Place along General Street in City Proper.

Injap Land Corp. is also a co-developer of Hotel 101, a 15-storey condotel in Metro Manila which is under the Hotel of Asia, Inc. (Hotel of Asia Inc. is comprised of; Injap Investments Inc., Oishi Liwayway Marketing Corp., and Staniel Realty & Development Corp.)

With the inception of DoubleDragon Properties Corp., the company is geared towards creating more real estate developments across the country with focus on commercial and mass housing development projects.

The Tan’s will be active in the board level while the operations and management will still be steered by the Sia’s.
