Kipling Opened in Iloilo

Kipling bags recently opened its first store in Iloilo. Kipling is known for its quality and trendy bags that captures almost everybody from kids and older both male and female. It was born out of the desire of the three keen enthusiasts to create a trendy yet affordable collection of bags. It all started in 1987 in Antwerp, Belgium. According to the British newspaper The Herald Tribune “Kipling has taken the bag world by storm”.

Kipling has been present in the Philippine market for years, it had several branches in Manila. The doom of the world financial recession did not deter Kipling in spreading and widened its network to reach out to the Ilonggo market. Although the prices of their bags are a bit expensive in Iloilo’s standard but I think Kipling will be embraced by the Ilonggos. As one of my friend says Ilonggos are brand conscious even in medicines, they will not opt for the generic ones but go for the branded ones.

Kipling is located at the Upper Ground Floor of SM City Iloilo near The Sports House. Other stores opening at SM City beside Kipling is the soon to open boutique of People Are People, first in Iloilo or maybe in Western Visayas and at the Lower ground floor the Adidas Store beside Memo.
