I was in a daytrip to Roxas City recently. I was looking for a pasalubong going back to Iloilo City when I came across a nicely chic designed mini-cake house in Gaisano City Roxas with a very catchy name of PanuLce. It has a cool ambience and the display looked delectable to resist.

PanuLce is a 14-year old cakes and pastries shop in Roxas City that specializes in its every piece of dessert. It started in 1995 as a home-based business that produced sandwiches and pastries, which were sold to friends and to various offices in the local community. But as the demand goes high they out up their first store along Magallanes Street in downtown Roxas. Since then it has been a household name in Roxas City as the Capiznon were fascinated by its sweet and yummy creations at affordable prices. After 12 years of existence it has branched out in Gaisano City Roxas.
PanuLce serves pastries and varied kinds of cakes which speak of its name, Panulce an Ilonggo term for dessert. They also have selections of beverages, from coffee to smoothies that would compliment your sweettooth’s indulgence. Panulce is also a one stop corner for sweet Pasalubongs from Roxas City.
