The City of Passi will be having its annuial festivity this March 14-22 the 10th Pintados de Pasi Festival 2009. The highlight of the week long event is the tribe competition where, 10 truly Passinhon tribes will be showcasing their town’s history and culture through choreographed dances. The tribes, will be named after characters of the Hinilawod, a collection of tales from the pre-hispanic inhabitants of Central Panay, and the participants will be painted in traditional body tatoo from head to foot.

- March 14 2009 – Opening Salvo
- March 15 2009 – Arnis Tournament
- March 16 2009 – Miss Pintados de Pasi 2009 Talent Night
- March 18 2009 – Wushu sa Pintados
- March 20 2009 – Carabao Painting Contest and Carozza Parade, Battle of the Sounds, Miss Pintados de Pasi 2009 Coronation Night
- March 21 2009 -Sinadya sa Suba, Laro ng Lahi Cultural Presentation, SK Federation Basketball Competition
- March 22 2009 (8am) – Tribe Competition
