Robinsons Iloilo expansion w/ Go Hotels design perspective (UPDATED)

The official architect’s perspective rendering of Robinsons Place Iloilo’s ongoing expansion is finally out.

Initially, the on-going Iloilo expansion is designed to have a Go Hotels (gohotels.ph) brand established here. More space for new tenants is also available once the 5-storey building is completed.

Robinsons Land has yet to release further details as to the exact number of additional floor area and total number of rooms.

The company has been bullish in its expansion projects all over the country recently, as well as opening new commercial centers to grow its burgeoning network of malls. It has recently broke ground its newest mall project in Western Visayas, Robinsons Place Roxas in Capiz.

Robinsons Place Iloilo is Robinsons Land Corporation’s biggest mall development project in the Visayas and Mindanao with 75,000 square meters total gross floor area prior to the expansion.

UPDATE:

The Robinsons Iloilo expansion project will bring in an additional retail space of over 3,500 square meters which can accommodate up to 75 new tenants .

Go Hotels Iloilo on the otherhand will feature more than 150 rooms equipped with quality beds, rainshower and handheld shower, LCD TV and Wi-fi access.
