Sineng Pambansa Iloilo Film Festival 2011 [Updated]
11 Independent films will highlight the 2011 Sineng Pambansa Iloilo Film Festival this January. Produced with the country’s top indie film makers, directors and artists, these films are full length, well-screened and award winning pieces abroad but have yet to be shown in local theaters here in the Philippines.
The Iloilo Film Festival will be an avenue for these masterpieces to be enjoyed brought to you by the Iloilo City Government in cooperation with Film Development Council of the Philippines. It is set to be one of the highlights in the 2011 Dinagyang Festival. It will be shown in Cinema 2 and 3 of SM City Iloilo starting January 19 to 23, 2011 For FREE!

- “Sigwa”
- “Red Shoes”
- “Bakal Boys”
- “Halaw”
- “Himpapawid” (Manila Skies)
- “Sampaguita”
- “Yanggaw”
- “Kano”
- “Happy Land”
- “Emir”
Among the list, Richard Somes’ “Yanggaw” is the only All-Ilonggo film piece to be showcased.
