Bluejay Coffee just opened its most elegant branch to date at the Ayala Technohub here in Iloilo.

Located at the ground floor of the Technohub building, Bluejay boasts of an ample and cozy space with air-conditioned and al fresco. University Physicians Medical Center, a new hospital facility will soon rise in Iloilo City. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between University Physicians Medical Center (UPMC) and Panay Medical Ventures, Inc. (PMVI) took place last November 11, 2011 to establish UPMC – Iloilo.

Krua Thai Iloilo reopens under new name – Siam Thai Cuisine

Krua Thai, one of the few fine restaurants serving authentic Thai cuisine in Iloilo will reopen in its new location with a new name.

Krua Thai will close its Smallville Complex restaurant starting November 24, 2011 to give way for the construction of a new restaurant still located along Benigno Aquino Avenue (Diversion Road) in Mandurriao beside Metrobank. It will open on December 15, 2011 and will be renamed to Siam Thai Cuisine, Krua Thai’s sister restaurant with branches in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and other parts of Visayas and Mindanao.(...)

Bluejay Coffee and Deli will soon open another branch at Ayala Technohub in Mandurriao. This is the return of Bluejay to Smallville after it closed-shop when the original Smallville Complex (where it was previously located) beside Iloilo Business Hotel was renovated.

Skinetics Wellness Center is now open at Smallville Complex in Mandurriao district. It opened its doors to their spa clients and clinic patients today, September 29, 2011 at its very own building along Boardwalk Avenue. Skinetics was previously located at San Mars Point along General Luna street in City Proper.

The 5-storey building located in front of Ayala Technohub is designed to be a haven for wellness aficionados in Iloilo. Some of the services offered includes different kinds of massage, skin care treatments, slimming & contouring services, anti aging treatments, hydro colonics for detoxification, & reconstructive surgeries. Aside from male and female spa areas, private couple rooms with whirlpools are available.

The Off-Price Store (TOPS) Iloilo transfers to Red Square Bldg

The Off-Price Store has transferred to the previous location of Bourbon Street at the 2^nd floor of the Red Square Building in Smallville. Its former location was at the original Smallville Complex, the arcade beside Iloilo Business Hotel.

The Off-Price Store, now rebranding itself as TOPS is a clothing wholesaler that sells factory overruns and shelf-pull merchandise to the mainstream market.
