The Off-Price Store (TOPS) Iloilo transfers to Red Square Bldg
The Off-Price Store has transferred to the previous location of Bourbon Street at the 2nd floor of the Red Square Building in Smallville. Its former location was at the original Smallville Complex, the arcade beside Iloilo Business Hotel.
The Off-Price Store, now rebranding itself as TOPS is a clothing wholesaler that sells factory overruns and shelf-pull merchandise to the mainstream market.
Some of the brands they carry include Crocs US, Replay, Buffalo David Bitton, Seven7 Jeans, H & M, Ann Taylor, Junk Food, Jack and Jones, Tommy Hilfiger and other top brands at about 50 to 80% cheaper than the original prices.
They also have in-house brands such as Vanilla and Low Label.
The Off-Price Store Iloilo branch has been around for sometime now. It is one of the 9 stores around the country with branches in Makati, Q.C. Congressional, Q.C. Timog, Q.C. Commonwealth, Pasay, Marikina, Bacolod and Cebu.
The idea behind offering low prices aside from the overrun items is to put up shop outside of the malls. With that, they can save from high rental overheads and at the same time pass the savings to their customers.
